Pre-Booking Checklist
Please review the below guidelines to ensure your property looks its best for photography.
-
Make sure the home is thoroughly cleaned. Focus on high-traffic areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room.
Declutter countertops, tables and other flat surfaces.
Open curtains and blinds to allow as much natural light as possible. Replace any burned out light bulbs.
Secure pets in a separate and safe space; clear away beds and food items, bowls, etc.
-
Clear countertops and tables of unnecessary items.
Remove magnets and papers from the fridge.
Empty the sink.
Move trash cans outdoors or to another area that will not be photographed.
Consider staging with minimal decor (flowers, small bowl of fruit).
-
Arrange furniture to be visually inviting.
Remove personal items like photos, if you do not want them in your listing photos.
-
Remove toiletries, towels, and personal items from countertops and shelves.
Clean mirrors, sinks, and tubs to eliminate water spots or soap scum.
Make sure the toilet seat is down and bathroom essentials are stored away.
-
Make the bed neatly with fresh bedding.
Remove excess personal items from dressers and nightstands.
Tidy closets so they appear organized and spacious.
-

-
Adjust window blinds, turn on lights, and open doors to ensure the lighting is optimal.
Capture key angles by taking wide-angle shots, close-ups of key features (such as fireplaces or unique outdoor spaces), and highlight the property’s best details.
We will tidy small details such as fluffing pillows or straightening rugs.
-
We cannot move furniture items.
We will not move or remove personal items like family photos or valuables. Please ensure these items are out of view.
While we love pets, we can’t touch them or their supplies (food bowls, beds).
